Responsibilities
- Experience: 14+ years of proven Project Management experience within the Financial Services sector, with a strong preference for Life Insurance.
- Transformation Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex transformation or digitalization programs from ground zero.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Life Insurance operations; familiarity with New Business Underwriting (NBUW), AI-led transformation, or automated rule engines is highly advantageous.
- Methodology Mastery: Deep expertise in end-to-end project management frameworks (both Agile and Waterfall). Strong capability in managing intricate project scopes, inputs, and deliverables.
- Regional Exposure: Experience working on regional projects with exposure to Southeast Asia (SEA) markets, particularly Malaysia , is highly preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a high-impact, dynamic environment
