KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Technology & Digital Strategy Manager, you will:

• Provide first-line IT support for desktops, laptops, printers and office equipment.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint).
• Create and maintain user accounts, passwords and access permissions.
• Install and configure PCs, software and peripherals.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and software licences.
• Coordinate hardware repairs, warranty claims and vendor support.
• Monitor website hosting, domains, SSL certificates and uptime.
• Support business application access (CRM, Salesforce, Power BI and other internal systems).
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs and support records.
• Escalate server, network, cybersecurity and infrastructure issues to the Technology & Digital Strategy Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Malaysian citizen.
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 3 years of experience in IT support or technical support will have an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of WordPress or website content management systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and cloud-based collaboration tools.
• Exposure to CRM, Salesforce or Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, troubleshooting and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
