  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good follow-up and coordination skills.

  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Comfortable communicating with employees, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to handle hands-on administrative and facilities-related tasks.

Internship Details

Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and hands-on HR Intern to join our team and support HR administration, office facilities, and workplace operations.

This role offers practical exposure to the day-to-day operations of HR, with a strong focus on facilities coordination, office administration, vendor management, and employee support. You will work closely with the HR team and various internal and external stakeholders to ensure our workplace is well-maintained and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

Office & Facilities Management

  • Coordinate and monitor cleaning services to ensure the office is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Manage office keys, including key issuance, tracking, and return.
  • Maintain schedules for office equipment servicing, maintenance, and inspections.
  • Coordinate office repair and maintenance requests with relevant vendors.
  • Monitor office equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Manage parking arrangements and parking allocation for employees and visitors.
  • Monitor and replenish stationery and office supplies based on business needs.
  • Maintain proper records of office assets, supplies, and facilities.

Company Merchandise & Employee Items

  • Assist in managing the inventory and distribution of company T-shirts and other company merchandise.
  • Maintain accurate records of items issued to employees or relevant parties.
  • Coordinate with vendors for ordering and replenishment when required.

Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with external vendors for cleaning, maintenance, office supplies, equipment servicing, and other facilities-related services.
  • Follow up on service requests, delivery schedules, quotations, and invoices.
  • Maintain proper vendor records and ensure services are delivered according to requirements.
  • Support the HR team in monitoring vendor performance and resolving service issues.

HR Administration

  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Maintain proper filing and records for HR and office administration.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
