Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation for tender submission
  • Preparation and submission of progress claim, VO, and finalization of accounts
  • Prepare sub-contractor agreement, supplier enquires/sourcing for price quote
  • Attend client, consultant, sub-contractor and supplier reconcillation meetings
  • Project budgeting

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 3 years QS experience in construction industry
  • Meticulous, good team player and able to meet deadlines
