Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics, transportation, and delivery operations.
• Plan and monitor delivery schedules and routes.
• Liaise with drivers, customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Track deliveries and follow up on delays or operational issues.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, reports, and other logistics documents.
• Coordinate vehicle and manpower deployment.
• Monitor warehouse movements, loading and unloading activities.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on delivery status.
• Ensure logistics operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Assist with general administrative and operational duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Experience with delivery management systems is an advantage.
• Singapore Class 3/4/5 driving licence is an advantage.
