Full Time Archi Coordinator (Construction) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,150 in NB RESOURCES PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate architectural aspects of projects from the design phase through to construction, ensuring timely delivery
• Liaise with project managers/directors, clients, and workers to ensure effective communication
• Schedule and coordinate site visits, inspections, and meetings
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and certifications
• Identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, safety rules and regulations
• Assist in preparing project reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Assist to develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment rentals, and labor resources

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in site coordination and project management.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure environments effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
