Job Summary

You will manage client relationships by serving as the primary liaison, preparing reports, tracking performance, and resolving service issues to support business growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison to assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication to maintain strong relationships
• Prepare detailed account reports and track performance metrics to provide actionable feedback to management on client needs and market trends
• Develop proposals, quotations, and presentations to support client meetings and business development efforts
• Manage and resolve client complaints or service issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager to support team objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
