Sepenuh Masa Quantity Surveyor Jobs, salary up to SGD 2,500 in SUPERIORTEC PRIVATE LIMITED - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

Tender Stage
- Prepare cost estimation and pricing for tender submission.
- Take-off quantities from drawings and specifications.
- Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare BOQ and tender breakdown.
- Assist in tender analysis and submission

Project Stage
- Prepare and submit progress claims to main contractors.
- Evaluate and process subcontractor / supplier claims.
- Manage and track variation orders (VO).
- Monitor project budget and cost control.
- Prepare final accounts upon project completion.
- Maintain proper project documentation and contract records.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Construction / M&E projects.
- Singaporean / PR / Foreigner are welcome.
- Familiar with tender preparation and progress claims.
- Experience in handling VO and final accounts.
- Able to interpret drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good coordination skills with project and site teams.
