Full Time Packaging Operations Specialist - APAC Jobs, Salary up to SGD 8,000 in RYAN OWEN ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Our client is a fast-growing international beverage business with a broad co-manufacturing network across Asia Pacific. They are seeking a regional technical specialist to strengthen aseptic packaging operations, resolve complex equipment issues and build consistent maintenance and operating standards across partner factories. This is a specialist role for someone with deep, hands-on experience on Tetra Pak aseptic filling equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist technical support to improve quality, productivity and cost performance across aseptic packaging operations.

• Troubleshoot complex filler and packaging-line issues and work with co-manufacturing partners to implement sustainable corrective actions.

• Build aseptic-packaging capability across the supplier network through technical assessment, coaching, training and skill-development plans.

• Lead and develop robust preventive-maintenance systems to support production efficiency and equipment reliability.

• Support new packaging launches, product commercialisation, plant installations and continuous-improvement projects.

• Conduct technical and manufacturing audits, investigate operational or product-quality issues and drive partner factories towards best-in-class standards.

• Lead trials, evaluate technical feasibility and identify cost-saving opportunities across existing and potential manufacturing partners.

What We Are Looking For

• More than 6 years of technical and operational experience on Tetra Pak aseptic fillers, ideally including a specialist, system-support or senior service role.

• Strong hands-on capability in installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and performance improvement.

• Experience on Tetra Pak A3 platforms would be highly advantageous.

• More than 4 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably within beverages.

• Familiarity with low-acid food and aseptic beverage production and exposure to HACCP, GMP, GFSI and ISO systems.

• Strong training, communication and stakeholder-management skills across different cultures, with willingness to travel approximately 50% within APAC.
