Full Time Customer Service Executive (Airfreight) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Overview:

• Location: Changi Airport
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Benefit: AWS + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Enquiries & Bookings: Process airfreight bookings accurately and handle client queries.

• Operations Coordination: Liaise with airlines, overseas agents, and internal operational teams for smooth shipment flows.

• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and verify shipping/regulatory documents.

• Tracking & Updates: Monitor cargo movements proactively and provide accurate status updates to clients.

• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience in Airfreight / Freight Forwarding / Logistics is required.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Independent worker with good teamwork ethics and a positive attitude.
