Job Summary

Lead project development and execution by prioritizing, planning, and coordinating activities to meet customer requirements. Supervise teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards while managing customer relationships and key deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, plan, and coordinate project development activities to align with customer requirements and project goals
• Supervise and coordinate daily team activities to ensure projects are executed within deadlines and budget constraints
• Assess and allocate resources by identifying personnel with the right skills to successfully complete projects
• Manage and maintain key customer relationships to support ongoing development and satisfaction
• Oversee compliance of key deliverables, ensuring quality standards and on-time delivery are met according to service commitments
• Assist in preparing project costing and tender documentation to support bidding processes
• Review, amend, and report on technical drawings and project documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance
• Operate lorry or van as needed to support project logistics and site requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction or electrical-related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD
