About the role
Oblique runs brand strategy, social and content, performance marketing, SEO/GEO and website design under one team. This intern shoots and edits video for our clients and for our own channels, working alongside the content team on everything from short-form social to on-site brand shoots.
What you'll do
- Shoot video on location and in studio: product, talking-head, lifestyle, event
- Edit short-form content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
- Cut long-form video: interviews, brand films, case study pieces
- Add captions, sound design and colour to a consistent finish
- Organise footage, manage media backups and keep project files clean
- Sit in on shoots and pitch camera and edit ideas for client work
What you need
- A portfolio or reel showing shot and edited work, even personal projects
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve
- Comfortable operating a camera: framing, exposure, audio
- An eye for pacing and rhythm in an edit, not just technical competence
