  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Translate market insights into actionable strategies to enhance our competitive advantage and drive business growth.
  • Source and evaluate potential investment opportunities, including new business ventures, joint ventures (JVs), venture capital deals and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
  • Develop, prepare, review, and challenge financial models, valuation analyses, and business cases to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, partnership opportunities, and M&A transactions.
  • Identify and pursue strategic collaboration opportunities with external partners, including start-ups, companies, research institutions, and government agencies.
  • Manage partnerships and alliances to drive mutual value and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Assist in developing and formulating business strategy, in line with the Group’s objectives and sustainable growth.
  • Assist in overseeing strategic reviews and execution of these strategies and investment projects, including tracking key performance and milestones.
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of investments to assess performance, identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and reports to senior management and stakeholders on strategy execution and investment outcomes.
  • Coordinate innovation initiatives and projects, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the organisation.
  • Take on ad-hoc responsibilities as needed to support strategic initiatives, investment activities, M&A transactions and business development efforts.


Job Specification


  • Bachelor's degree / Master of Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Possess minimum of 5 years’ experience in market research, strategic planning, investment analysis, corporate finance and partnership management.
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to interpret data.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Computer literate and possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and Bloomberg Terminal.
  • Demonstrated track record of taking ownership and responsibility for driving results and achieving objectives.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
