We're looking for talents to join us as Manager in IT Infrastructure, Governance & Security (with Solutioning Focus) on a gig contract basis. This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional who can bring both technical depth and a solutioning mindset — leading infrastructure, governance and security while driving initiatives that strengthen our technology capabilities and resilience.

Who We're Looking For:

• Lead IT infrastructure strategy and architecture, designing and implementing secure, scalable hybrid cloud and on-premises environments that support business growth, operational resilience and digital transformation.
• Drive infrastructure modernisation and solutioning initiatives, including cloud adoption and migration, virtualisation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation and technology optimisation.
• Develop and implement automation and DevOps practices across infrastructure operations, including automated provisioning, patching, monitoring and CI/CD processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Lead IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) activities, including control assessments, risk management, audit remediation, policy reviews and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen cybersecurity and IT resilience through vulnerability management, VAPT remediation, security monitoring, incident response and implementation of appropriate security controls.
• Oversee infrastructure performance and operational resilience, including system availability, capacity planning, SLA monitoring, disaster recovery and business continuity across hybrid environments.
• Act as the technical authority and escalation point for complex infrastructure, security and solutioning matters, driving root cause analysis and sustainable improvements.
• Support technology strategy and investment decisions through technical papers, solution architectures and business cases, balancing security, performance, scalability, cost and business requirements.
• Lead and develop technical capabilities by mentoring team members, managing technology vendors and stakeholders, promoting knowledge sharing and driving continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• More than 10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, with strong exposure to both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Proven experience in hybrid cloud infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, virtualisation and major cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Hands-on experience in cloud migration, infrastructure modernisation and solution architecture, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience in IT governance, risk and compliance, cybersecurity, audit management and regulatory requirements, preferably within a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of disaster recovery, business continuity, infrastructure monitoring, vulnerability management and security operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, vendors and senior management.
• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, project delivery, stakeholder management and mentoring.

Certifications (added advantage)

• Relevant professional certifications in cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity or IT governance will be an added advantage, such as AWS/Azure/GCP certifications, CKA, CCSP, CompTIA Cloud+/Security+, ITIL, COBIT or ISO 27001.
