Full Time Accounts Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Binwani's Fashion Group Since 1925 Federal Territory - Maukerja

Our office is located in Sentul East within walking distance to the LRT Station and KTM Station.

We are looking for an experienced, responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsbile for maintaining accurate accounting records. managing day to day finance functions and ensuring timely preparation of management and financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set / day-to-day accounting entries.
• Acconts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare and process monthly payroll
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports
• Monitor cash flow, payments and collections
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records including invoices, receipts, claims etc
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bank and other external parties when required.
• Ensure accounting tasks and reports are completed within agreed deadlines
• Use AI and digital tools appropriately to improve productivity, accuracy and efficiency of work.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Equivalent
• At least 5 years relevant accounting experience
• Familiar with accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks or similar
• Experience in payroll, bank reconciliations, accounting entries and preparation of Finance Reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
