Full Time Driver Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in YTL Cement Group Selangor - Maukerja

Work Location: Asiacrete Technology Sdn Bhd, Seksyen 16, Shah Alam

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods to customers, warehouses, and designated locations. You will also support the proper upkeep and operation of the vehicle, while ensuring delivery documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with relevant road regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Delivery Operations

• Operate a 4x2 cargo truck safely and efficiently in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Deliver goods to customers, suppliers, warehouses, and project sites on schedule.
• Collect and transport materials, equipment, and products, as assigned.
• Plan delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
• Ensure cargo is properly loaded, secured, and unloaded to prevent damage during transit.
• Verify quantities and conditions of goods before loading and upon delivery.
• Obtain delivery acknowledgements, signatures, and supporting documents from customers.

Vehicle Maintenance & Safety

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Check fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, and other vehicle components.
• Keep the truck clean and in good working condition.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance requirements immediately.
• Coordinate scheduled vehicle servicing and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate delivery records, trip logs, fuel consumption records, and mileage reports.
• Submit delivery orders, invoices, consignment notes, and other transport documents promptly.
• Record any discrepancies, shortages, damages, or incidents during delivery.

General Duties

• Assist with loading and unloading of cargo when required.
• Support warehouse and logistics operations during non-delivery periods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driving licence appropriate for operating a 4x2 cargo truck.
• Minimum 2 years of truck driving experience preferred.
• Good driving record with no major traffic offences.
• Familiarity with local roads and delivery routes.
• Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading activities.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
