Responsibilities :

• Assist in liaison with relevant local authorities to follow up on submission progress and requirements.
• Assist in tracking the status of design submissions, approvals, and project timelines, and report the updates under supervision.
• Attending coordination meetings with relevant parties/authorities when necessary.
• Other duties and assignments are to be assigned by the management as and when necessary.

Requirements :

• Experienced in liaison, or a related discipline will be given priority.
• Good public relation skill.
• Proficient in communication and networking.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced project environment.
• Maintain a professional and presentable image.
• Basic understanding of development procedures and local authority requirements will be given priority.
• Have an ability on clear speaking and writing skills.
• Able to get along with different types of people with different level.
• A problem solver with calm mind during tough situations and the ability to work under pressure.
• Well organized and good at tracking many tasks and dates.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
