Full Time Poultry Farm Coordinator - Runner Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Kong Lee Eng Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily farm operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Coordinate between farm workers, management, and suppliers to ensure operational needs are met.
• Monitor livestock health, biosecurity measures, and report any issues promptly.
• Assist in managing farm inventory, including feed, vaccines, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with farm SOPs, safety regulations, and animal welfare standards.
• Handle transportation of supplies, samples, and farm-related documents between sites.
• Support farm managers in scheduling tasks and workforce management.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of farm equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Assist in record-keeping for production, mortality, and feed consumption.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support farm efficiency.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of SPM / Certificate in Agriculture / Diploma or any related field
• Involved in the daily supervision of workers handling field operations such as harvesting, upkeep & maintenance and other related field works
• Fresh graduates and fresh SPM school leavers are encouraged to apply as training will be provided for all successful candidates
• Must possess a valid Class D driving license. Ability to drive a manual car is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
