Full Time Executive-Senior Executive, Casting Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in APM Automotive Holdings Berhad Selangor - Maukerja

Job responsibilities:-

• Responsible for machine parameters and correct process control on line
• To train and motivates sub ordinate in the department to ensure they know their job scope
• Responsible for the quality of product produce in the department
• Ensure the implementation of the quality management system (QMS) effectively in department
• Responsible for the manufacturing of products are accordance with documented procedure
• Responsible for maintaining all records of all production and production control to ensure correct data and correct process control
• Follow up and take action on production rejection, target, cycle time and downtime
• Ensure good housekeeping and safety practices are done daily
• Responsible for rejection, downtime and die trial in the department
• Ensure all KPI are met and monitored closely
• Ensure all ERP data are monitored and accurate key in into the system
• Any others job that may be assigned from time to time by management
• Responsible to tooling activities, mould improvement and manpower
• Responsible to secondary work process, SOP work flow and manpower
• Responsible to die casting machine, auto deburring machine and conventional tooling machine

Job requirements:-

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering.
• More than 3 years experience in Manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience with casting equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals and production data.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
