WE’RE HIRING: LIVE HOST SUPERVISOR / Coordinator

SuperSave is looking for a Live Host Supervisor to lead and grow our TikTok & Shopee Live team.

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to “watch the team”. We need someone who can coach, push performance, solve problems and build stronger live hosts.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and supervise the daily Live Host team
• Monitor live performance, sales, conversion and host quality
• Coach hosts on product presentation, selling skills, urgency and closing techniques
• Prepare daily / weekly Live performance reports, including sales, traffic, conversion, host performance and key issues.
• Improve weak-performing hosts with clear action plans
• Prepare and manage live schedules
• Ensure hosts follow Live SOP, product knowledge and campaign direction
• Train and onboard new Live Hosts
• Review live sessions and identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with Marketing, Affiliate and eCommerce teams
• Support major campaign periods and peak sales days
• Build a more disciplined, energetic and performance-driven Live team
• Analyse performance data and provide clear findings, action plans and progress updates to management.

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Confident in giving feedback and coaching others
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced eCommerce environment
• Strong communication skills
• Able to identify problems and propose solutions
• Responsible, proactive and willing to take ownership
• Comfortable with TikTok Live / Shopee Live environment
• Previous experience as a Live Host, Team Leader or Supervisor is an advantage

Working Arrangement

• 5.5 working days per week
• As this role supports Live Commerce operations, you are required to standby and support the team during major campaign / Mega Campaign periods when needed
• If you are required to work outside your normal working schedule for campaign support, replacement leave is claimable

Salary: Based on experience and capability (Salary + Overriding Commission)
