Sepenuh Masa Construction Manager (MEP) Jobs, salary up to MYR 20,000 in Promatrix DC Solution Sdn Bhd Cyberjaya - Maukerja

• Creates and executes project works plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing requirements
• Complete full project responsibility in all areas of Project execution
• Develop the 2 & 4 weeks rolling lookahead schedule.
• Estimate, assign, and schedule resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, and tools needed for all related works before execution.
• Meet or exceed project goals established by Management
• Project Scheduling, scheduling updates, schedule management and documentation
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope
• Effectively applies Project Management methodology
• Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
• Identify total risks in advance, identify major risks, develop improvement measures, and reflect them in the project execution plan
• Effectively manages project risk through mitigation planning
• Subcontract administration and control management
• Project communication, meetings, and coordination
• Determine progress claim and ensure timely and complete invoice
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
• Manage the project contract issues and notices, and lead the team accordingly
• Coaching and training of employees
• Full Support and representation of Project manager and Construction Manager duties whenever required.
• Support tender processes
• Any other duties assigned by Project Director

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years working experience in Project Management related field
• Detail-oriented, sound judgement, organized and flexible
• Displays a high level of responsiveness and follows through on commitments
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
• Effectively communicate and work as part of a team, maintaining a professional attitude and collaborating with team members and managers on assigned tasks.

Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
