MOMOYO Malaysia is hiring Business Development Manager!

Location: Setiawalk Puchong

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and expand the franchise network within the assigned territory, achieving monthly franchise sign-up and store opening targets.

2. Organise franchise events, lead business negotiations, and manage contract execution.

3. Conduct market research on competitors and commercial districts to develop localised franchise development strategies.

4. Collaborate with the Operations team to support franchisees throughout the entire onboarding process, from site selection to store opening.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. At least 3 years of experience in franchise development within the beverage or F&B industry. Candidates with an existing network of franchise prospects are preferred.

3. Strong knowledge of franchise business models, franchise regulations, and recruitment processes, with excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to perform effectively under pressure.

4. Results-driven, willing to travel frequently, and skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with franchise partners.
