We are seeking a hands-on IT Operations Engineer to join our team in Singapore, supporting enterprise-scale environments and delivering high-touch executive support. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive “white-glove” support for C-suite leaders, board members, and town hall events.
• Manage enterprise IT operations across Active Directory, Intune, MDM, and ServiceNow, ensuring compliance and security.
• Oversee AV/VC technologies including Zoom, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Webex, and conference room systems.
• Support large-scale environments (500+ users) with proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalation management.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives including server administration, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud integration (Azure/AWS).
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IT operations and project rollouts.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of IT operations or infrastructure support experience.
• Proven track record in enterprise-scale environments and executive-level support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, AD, Intune, ServiceNow, AV/VC platforms, and endpoint security.
• Experience with virtualization, cloud platforms, and enterprise networking.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver under pressure.
