Production Crew – Scent Products & Gift Set Assembly

About the Role

LunaLab Global is looking for reliable and hands-on Production Crew to support our growing fragrance, gifting and event operations.

You will work with our team to produce scent tablets, fragrance products and customised corporate gift sets for events and client projects. This is a practical production role involving crafting, assembly, packing and quality checking.

No prior fragrance experience is required — training and production instructions will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce scented tablets and other fragrance products according to provided recipes and production instructions
• Measure, mix, pour, mould and demould materials
• Perform finishing work on scent tablets, including cleaning edges and checking appearance
• Assemble customised corporate and event gift sets
• Fill and pack fragrance products into bottles, pouches, boxes and other packaging
• Apply labels, stickers, ribbons and other finishing details neatly
• Count and prepare products according to client order quantities
• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products are clean, consistent and presentable
• Assist with bulk production and packing for large orders
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe production workspace
• Assist with stock counting, material preparation and general production duties when required

• Available to work additional hours during busy production periods where required

Experience in packing, production, handicrafts, baking, cosmetics, fragrance, floristry, gifting or similar hands-on work is an advantage but not necessary.

Working Environment

This is a hands-on production role, not an office-based position. You will be working with fragrance materials, moulds, packaging, gift boxes and other production equipment.

Some projects may involve producing and packing hundreds of units, so candidates should be comfortable with repetitive work and working towards production deadlines.

• Scent tablet production
• Fragrance product handling
• Production procedures
• Gift set assembly
• Quality-control standards
• Packing and finishing requirements
