We’re Hiring: Business Support Coordinator!

Looking for a role that combines coordination, communication and business support? You’ll assist with day-to-day activities while supporting client engagement and business development initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate appointments, meetings and follow-up schedules
• Assist with client and prospect communication
• Prepare basic documents and presentation materials
• Maintain organised records and contact information
• Support the team with business and client engagement activities

What We’re Looking For

• Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible and proactive
• Interest in business operations, sales or client-facing roles
