Full Time HR - Operations Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in Apex Retail Pte Ltd - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR and restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Handle recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave and general HR administration.
• Conduct and manage interviews for service, kitchen, operations and support positions.
• Develop, implement and maintain SOPs, systems and operational processes.
• Ensure staff follow company policies, SOPs and operational standards.
• Manage operational matters including maintenance, procurement, inventory coordination, vendors and administrative matters.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers and follow up on operational issues.
• Monitor manpower requirements, staff scheduling and operational support.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure HR and operational records are updated.
• Support management in improving processes, cost control and overall operational efficiency.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and operational matters as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of F&B, hospitality or restaurant operations experience.
• Strong HR and administrative experience with good understanding of F&B manpower operations.
• Highly organised, systematic and process-driven.
• Strong interviewing and recruitment skills with the ability to identify suitable F&B talent.
• Independent, proactive and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with HR or POS systems is an advantage.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 7:00pm

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
