We have an Immediate Opening Application Migration Project Manager with our reputed Client.

Experience: 5+ years

Overview

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Finance or related field. Master’s degree is preferred for senior program leadership exposure.

Experience:

· Minimum 10 years of IT project or program management experience, preferably in infrastructure, data centre, application migration or enterprise transformation delivery.

· Minimum 5 years managing enterprise-wide application migration, data centre exit, cloud migration or core banking transformation initiatives.

· Experience managing large-scale migration programs involving 100+ applications, multi-wave execution, multiple concurrent workstreams and regulated banking governance.

Certification:

· PMP, PgMP, MSP, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, PMI-ACP, P3O or equivalent project / program management certification is preferred.

Job Specific Skills:

Strong application migration and data centre migration delivery knowledge, including migration methodologies, wave planning, dependency management, environment readiness, cutover control, rollback planning and decommissioning.

Strong command of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid, with proficiency in MS Project, Jira or equivalent tools.

Good understanding of infrastructure domains including compute, storage, network, security, database, middleware, virtualization and data centre operations.

Able to challenge solution designs, understand technical dependencies, manage RAID, coordinate CAB / change approvals, prepare PSC, PWC and Management reporting materials, and operate effectively in regulated banking governance.

Strong stakeholder management, communication and engagement skills, including stakeholder mapping, communication planning, management reporting, facilitation of cross-functional forums, conflict resolution, escalation management and executive-level messaging.

Demonstrates strong ownership mentality, negotiation, influencing, decision-making under pressure and hands-on delivery discipline.
