Full Time Production Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 10,000 in HAYAN PRINTS (M) SDN BHD Melaka - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Lead and manage the production team across all department.
• Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and delivery timelines.
• Supervise the full production cycle: pre-press, printing (offset & flexo), finishing, and packaging.
• Collaborate with planning and purchasing to ensure material availability and optimize inventory levels.
• Monitor machinery performance and coordinate with maintenance for preventive and corrective actions.
• Enforce safety, health, and environmental regulations according to company policy.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality standard.
• Liaise with quality assurance, sales, and customer service teams to resolve production issues.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Printing Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–8 years in a production role within the printing industry.
• Strong knowledge in printing processes: offset, flexographic, digital, or screen printing.
• Familiar with pre-press (CTP, color calibration), printing machines (Heidelberg, Komori, HP Indigo, etc.), and finishing machines (die-cutting, binding, lamination).
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
