Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative work and data entry
  • Prepare invoices, delivery orders and purchase documents using AutoCount Accounting
  • Update stock records and assist with inventory in AutoCount Accounting
  • Filing and organizing documents
  • Assist with emails, phone enquiries, and general office support
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
  • Prepared and compiled tender documentation, ensuring compliance with submission requirements and deadlines
  • Monitor project progress and follow up on timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • To do clerical and related assignments as assigned by senior

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
