Full Time Junior Site Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,597.61 in PILOT Construction Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

Assist higher-level supervisors in overseeing physical work execution on site according to approved drawings, daily work plans, and target sequences.

Monitor subcontractor foremen and trade workers on the ground to ensure work progresses smoothly and without delay.

Participate in morning toolbox briefings and assist in communicating daily targets and safety instructions to site workers.

Monitor material deliveries at the assigned site area, assisting with safe unloading, proper layout, and safe storage.

Conduct initial visual and dimensional checks on formwork, steel reinforcement, blockwork, plastering, and finishes before higher-level inspections.

Report any work defects or poor workmanship immediately to the Site Supervisor/Senior Site Supervisor to ensure prompt rectification.

Check that subcontractors carry out installation strictly according to approved drawings and method statements.

Help eliminate material wastage and ensure trades practice proper material handling on site.

Monitor worker compliance with safety rules, mandatory PPE usage, and house rules under ISO 45001 safety standards.

Check that workers in the assigned zone possess valid CIDB Green Cards.

Assist in maintaining site cleanliness, clear walkways, and proper site waste disposal under ISO 14001 environmental standards.

Record accurate daily site notes detailing daily manpower counts, machinery on site, weather conditions, and work completed.

Uphold the company’s zero-tolerance policy on bribery and corruption in accordance with ISO 37001 standards and MACC Act 2009 (Section 17A).

Practice complete accuracy and honesty when recording worker counts, delivery receipts, and inspection notes.

Report any illegal activities, safety violations, or improper work practices immediately to senior site personnel.

Job Requirements

SPM, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or equivalent.

Must hold a valid CIDB Green Card.

Fresh graduates or 1 to 2 years of basic site supervision experience in construction work.

Ability to read basic construction drawings, proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and practical communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Pay: RM2,201.59 - RM3,597.61 per month
