Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Office Hour)

Work Type: 6-Month Contract, subject to extension

Salary: $ 2,800 per month

What you will be working on?
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual to support digital transformation initiatives through change management and internal communications. You will play a key role in driving user awareness and adoption of digital platforms by creating engaging communications, coordinating user engagement activities, gathering feedback, and supporting continuous improvements.

Communications & Publicity

• Design and produce clear and engaging internal communications materials, such as eDMs, posters, screensavers and simple video content to raise awareness and drive adoption of the platform

Stakeholder Engagement & User Feedback

• Schedule and coordinate user engagement sessions, such as brown bag sessions, drop-in clinics, roadshows and workshops
• Coordinate and conduct user interviews, surveys and usability testing sessions to gather feedback
• Consolidate and synthesise user feedback with the project team

Project Coordination

• Track action items and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
• Prepare materials and handle logistics for engagement activities and workshops
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day project activities

What are welooking for?

• Singaporean only
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong coordination, organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint, basic video editing skills are an advantage
