Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Position: Shipping Assistant (Simple Duties / TrainingProvided)
  • Location      :Central – North Bridge Centre   
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8.45am to 5.45pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 + AWS /Variable Bonus  + Annual Leave + MedicalBenefits
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Shipping / Freight Forwarding

Main Responsibilities

  • Process import shipping documents and update shipmentdetails in the system.
  • Handle simple transhipment documentation and obtain eDO.
  • Prepare invoices, debit notes and vendor payment documents.
  • Assist with TradeNet permit declarations.
  • Arrange deliveries and coordinate with customers, agents andvendors.
  • Handle email correspondence and general shipment follow-up.

Requirements

  • Basic shipping, logistics or freight forwarding knowledgepreferred.
  • Entry-level candidates with relevant exposure are welcome.
  • Comfortable with data entry and documentation.
  • Willing to learn; training will be provided.
