Job Description
Responsibilities
A) Receiving
Picking and receiving of items according to delivery notes into warehouse for storage.
Assist in receiving incoming products based on instructions from Supervisors.
Provide pallets for use by drivers during unloading or unstuffing of goods.
In the case of palletised products, independently unload or unstuff items unless assistance is required.
Support the Supervisor in verifying the quality and quantity of received goods, particularly when damages or product deterioration are observed.
B) Issue
Pick and pack items as per delivery order to be issued out to the drivers.
Retrieve products from storage for dispatch as instructed by Supervisors.
Hand over products to drivers for loading or stuffing.
For palletised items, perform loading or container stuffing using a reach truck or forklift.
Assist the Supervisor in verifying the quality and quantity of outgoing products, especially in cases of damage or deterioration.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Valid forklift license or certification is required.
Physically fit and capable of lifting, moving, and handling goods safely.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Able to multitask and adapt to dynamic work demands.
Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
