Full Time Technician (Wire Bond) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in RECRUIT INC PRIVATE LIMITED Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Our client, a microelectronics manufacturing company, is seeking a Technician (Wire Bond) to support production operations, equipment setup and troubleshooting, process improvement, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, recover, and troubleshoot wire bonding equipment to support production activities.
• Support new product setup and provide on-the-job training to production operators.
• Monitor production data and support continuous improvement and Kaizen activities.
• Follow work instructions, quality procedures, safety requirements, and production targets.
• Prepare and verify raw materials and finished goods according to established procedures.
• Perform end-of-process checks, including output, quality, and defect verification.
• Assist engineers with DOE, First Article Inspection (FAI), process troubleshooting, and improvement projects.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment and process-related issues.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Wire Bonding / semiconductor / microelectronics manufacturing.
• Familiarity with wire bonding equipment such as K&S ICON, ASM Eagle Xtreme, or ESEC 3100.

• Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to follow established procedures and work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.
