Full Time Operations Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in TRANSPAK SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers on sea freight shipments and enquiries

• Coordinate import, export, and cross-trade shipments in accordance with customer requirements

• Manage end-to-end shipment coordination (booking, arrival notice, documentation, DG declaration, transportation, tracking, fumigation and insurance)

• Process import and export customs clearance for customers

• Support rate quotations and service proposals to customers

• Liaise with carriers, forwarders, warehouses, transport providers, overseas agents and internal teams

• Ensure accuracy of shipping documentation (BL, Switch BL, invoices, permits, etc.) including verification of shipping costings

• Register customer records and shipment data in system

• Monitor shipment status and proactively update customers on delays or issues

• Handle shipments issues and resolve service-related complaints professionally

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company procedures

• Prepare relevant operational and service performance reports

• Participate in process improvement and service quality initiatives

Job Requirements:

• GCE “O” Level or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field

• At least 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding industry
