Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,300 in WNJ SERVICES PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Our company, office located at Macpherson Road, is looking for an experience Quantity Surveyor with the following job description:

- Design of Plumbing & Sanitary systems.
- Planning & managing plumbing systems for construction projects.
- Prepare and take off for tenders for Plumbing sanitary and gas works

- Compare suppliers and sub contractors quotation

- Collaborating with clients , supplier and sub contractors to create plumbing solutions.

- Provide support to site engineer with on-site measurements and reports.

- assist in ISO preparation

- prepare contracts and monthly progress claims and variation orders

- assist to handle variation orders - read, understand and intepret contractual terms.

Requirement:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience managing plumbing & sanitary construction projects

Familiarity with PUB & HDB’s codes, regulations, and industry standard
