Full Time Finance and Operations Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in ARIA BIOSCIENCE PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a Finance & Operations Executive who will play a dual role: ensuring financial integrity while driving operational efficiency to support scientific innovation and growth. The position blends strategic finance, compliance, and cross-functional leadership with hands-on execution in budgeting, reporting, and resource management.

Core Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Lead annual and quarterly budgeting cycles.
• Build long-range forecasts and cash runway models.
• Perform variance analyses and deliver insights to leadership and the board.
• Accounting & Compliance
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and treasury functions.
• Ensure compliance with bioscience-specific regulations (e.g., clinical trial accounting, R&D accruals).
• Operational Oversight
• Manage vendor relationships, purchasing workflows (lab consumables, equipment).
• Align sales, inventory data, and finance documentation.
• Oversee corporate credit cards, invoices, and expense submissions.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in accounting or related field.
• 3+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or operations; FMCG/consumer healthcare background preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and discretion with sensitive information.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Experience with financial systems (SAP, Xero, Carta, Rippling)
