What you'll own

Campaigns need more than a good idea. They need someone who can keep the moving parts organised, make sure everyone knows what needs to happen, and see the work through to completion.

As a Campaign Executive, you will support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns from the initial brief through to post-campaign review. You'll work across content, creative materials, timelines, vendors and internal teams to keep campaigns moving and ensure key deliverables are completed as planned.

This is a practical coordination role with plenty of involvement in day-to-day campaign execution.

Your responsibilities

Before launch

• Assist with campaign planning, timelines and execution schedules.
• Gather campaign requirements and coordinate the necessary marketing materials.
• Work with designers, content teams, vendors or external partners to prepare campaign assets.
• Check that promotional materials and campaign information are accurate before release.
• Help coordinate campaign budgets, quotations and administrative details where required.

During the campaign

• Coordinate campaign activities across relevant marketing channels.
• Keep track of deadlines, deliverables and outstanding items.
• Follow up with internal teams and external parties to ensure agreed timelines are met.
• Support the rollout of digital, promotional, social media or offline campaign activities.
• Monitor campaign progress and flag issues that may affect execution.

After launch

• Collect campaign results and relevant performance information.
• Assist with campaign reports and post-campaign reviews.
• Identify areas that could be improved for future campaigns.
• Maintain records of campaign materials, results and project documentation.

Along the way

• Keep up with current marketing trends and campaign formats.
• Conduct basic competitor and market research when required.
• Contribute ideas during campaign discussions and planning sessions.
• Take on other marketing projects that support the wider team.

What we're looking for

You may be a good match for this position if you have:

• A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or a related discipline.
• Around 1–3 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination or a similar role.
• Experience working on marketing campaigns or projects from planning through execution.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage several deadlines at once.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Good communication skills when working with colleagues, vendors and external partners.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media channels.
• A careful approach to checking campaign details and deliverables.
• The ability to work independently while keeping the team updated on progress.

Experience with campaign reporting, event coordination, content production or marketing agencies will be useful.

You don't need to know every marketing platform from day one. A willingness to learn, good organisation and a practical approach to campaign execution are more important.
