Responsibilities

We are hiring a Sous Chef
Korean Meat Butchery

Requirements:

- Knowledge and experience preparing all Banchan and side dishes from scratch is required
- Open to travelling to Korea for training and skill development at our restaurant in seoul
- Basic knifework is required
- Experience doing korean cook dishes (non BBQ) is required
- Experience doing meat marination for BBQ is required
- Experience doing butchering is required
