Full Time WMS Software Specialist Jobs, in AC2 WAVE Warehouse Management System Selangor - Maukerja

As a WMS Software Specialist at AC2, you will play a vital role in implementing and configuring our AC2 WAVE WMS, a cloud-native Warehouse Management System trusted by leading enterprises across Asia. You will work closely with clients, project teams, and key stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation journey, from requirement gathering to go-live, while helping customers unlock higher productivity, accuracy, and visibility across their warehouse operations.

Expectations & Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering

• Collaborate with clients to understand their operational workflows, pain points, and business rules.
• Document detailed requirements to ensure a successful configuration of AC2 WAVE WMS.

WMS Configuration

• Configure AC2 WAVE WMS based on the approved design, including warehouse layouts, item master setup, picking and putaway strategies, replenishment rules, and other operational parameters.
• Tailor system behavior using WAVE’s flexible configuration engine and user-defined fields.

System Integration

• Work with AC2’s technical team to support integration with external systems including ERP, Accounting, TMS, eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada), and robotic automation where applicable.
• Validate API flows and ensure smooth data exchange between AC2 WAVE WMS and client systems.

Quality Assurance

• Perform SIT/UAT testing to confirm functionalities align with client requirements.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration or data-related issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Deployment & Patch Management

• Assist in deploying configuration updates and patches across SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
• Ensure changes are properly validated before go-live.
• User Training & Post-Go-Live Support
• Conduct user training sessions and develop user confidence in operating AC2 WAVE WMS.
• Provide responsive support during stabilization to ensure smooth operational adoption.

Documentation

• Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, training materials, and user manuals.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain a professional and positive working relationship with clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers throughout the entire implementation process.
