The Business Intelligence Analyst develops data-driven insights, dashboards, and reporting solutions to support strategic business decisions. AIA Singapore is currently listed with a Business Intelligence, Analyst position focused on data analysis, visualization, stakeholder management, and business intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large business datasets.
• Create data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Monitor business KPIs and identify performance trends.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Work with teams across the organization to understand reporting requirements.
• Perform data validation and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Use SQL, Excel, Python, or VBA for data analysis.
• Present analytical findings to management.
• Support continuous improvement of BI and analytics solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.
• Strong Excel and data-manipulation skills.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, VBA, or similar programming tools.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar visualization platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Experience in financial services or insurance is an advantage.

Pay: $6,900.00 - $8,000.00 per month
