AlpSoft Technologies Ltd is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain reliable desktop and workplace technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1–2 desktop and IT support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Install and configure computers, applications, and peripherals.
• Support Windows operating systems and workplace applications.
• Manage user accounts, devices, and IT equipment.
• Respond to service requests and resolve technical incidents.
• Maintain accurate IT support records and documentation.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in desktop or IT support.
• Good knowledge of Windows, hardware, and networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-service abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a technical team.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
