Job Description
- Develop and implement data models and algorithms to solve business challenges.
- Analyse large datasets to extract actionable insights and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data-driven solutions.
- Build and optimise machine learning models for predictive analytics.
- Monitor and maintain data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning, statistical, and predictive models to solve business problems and improve decision-making.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, data models, and analytics solutions using Python, SQL, and modern data platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to define analytical requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Design and execute experiments, hypothesis testing, forecasting, segmentation, and predictive analytics to measure business impact.
- Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports that effectively communicate insights and model outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure data quality, model performance, and scalability while staying current with emerging technologies, AI/ML advancements, and industry best practices.
A Successful Data Scientist Should Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience with machine learning model development and deployment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and data engineering practices is a plus.
