Full Time Visual Merchandiser Designer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Pangu Kedah - Maukerja

• 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Creative with a good eye for visual presentation, styling, and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of retail merchandising, space planning, and visual merchandising principles.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with retail teams and suppliers.
• Strong graphic design skills are required, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience with store layout, 3D mock-up, or space design software such as SketchUp is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain visual merchandising standards and guidelines across all retail stores.
• Design and execute in-store displays, POSM, window displays, promotional materials, and campaign visuals.
• Create graphic designs for retail, events, roadshows, and other marketing activities.
• Develop store layout mock-ups or visual simulations for new stores, renovations, and retail campaigns.
• Support new store openings, exhibitions, roadshows, pop-up stores, and other brand activations.
• Source, evaluate, and manage capable suppliers for printing, production, installation, fixtures, and display materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, production schedules, quality control, installation, and delivery.
• Maintain records of visual merchandising and production expenses, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Conduct regular store checks and recommend improvements to ensure consistent brand presentation.
• Prepare VM reports and provide feedback on store presentation and improvement opportunities.
