Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the spa therapy team.

Ensure therapists provide high-quality and professional spa treatments to guests.

Train, coach, and evaluate therapists to maintain excellent service standards.

Monitor treatment quality, guest satisfaction, and staff performance.

Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate team coverage during operating hours.

Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.

Ensure all spa areas, equipment, and treatment rooms are clean and well-maintained.

Monitor inventory of spa products and coordinate with management for replenishment.

Ensure compliance with spa procedures, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.

Support the Spa Manager in achieving operational goals and improving overall guest experience.
