Job Summary

We are looking for a BIM Engineer/ Digital Delivery Leader who is excited about using automation, digital workflows to work, wants to go beyond traditional design process, BIM and explore transforming design-and-BIM efficient delivery and introduce smart ways of working. What You’ll Do

• Lead BIM modelling, coordination, and digital delivery across projects.
• Develop and maintain advance BIM standards, workflows, and Execution Plans.
• Coordinate models and digital deliverables with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Participate and lead in structural BIM modelling, drawings, and authority submission process.
• Lead and/or support design and analysis, tender, and project delivery process.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity through automation, and digital tools.
• Explore and pilot practical AI-enabled workflows for modelling, documentation, coordination, and project delivery.
• Share knowledge and contribute to the development of our BIM and digital work flow and standards.
• Mentor BIM team members and help build a culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent diploma in BIM (Structural) or a related discipline.
• 4+years of BIM modelling, coordination, or digital delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of structural BIM modelling and drawing production.
• Ability to coordinate BIM processes independently and work across disciplines.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, planning, and coordination skills.
• A hands-on, curious, and future-focused mindset with the confidence to challenge conventional approaches.
• Interest in using AI, automation or digital engineering to improve the design and BIM process.

Preferred Competencies

• Practical design experience or site experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and turn new ideas into practical outcomes.
• Interest in developing into a technical, digital, or engineering leadership role.
