Job Description

Responsibilities

On Site / Technical

- Plan works: Read drawings, method statement, calculate paint quantity + manpower

- Coordinate team: Assign painters, blasters, scaffolders. Check attendance

- Quality Control: Ensure surface prep, primer, 2nd coat, DFT, WFT all meet spec/SSCP

- Safety: Toolbox meeting, PPE, working at height, confined space, MSDS compliance. Follow MOM WSH rules

- Materials: Request paint, thinner, tools. Control wastage. Check batch number
