The Opportunity:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Research Intern. As a research Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our research projects. Duties include data collection of Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs), managing the data collection processes, and extracting meaningful insights from the data collected. Your role will contribute to improving patient care and treatment outcomes by providing valuable insights into patients’ experiences and perspectives.

Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Data Management

•        Assist in the development and implementation of strategies for collecting PROMs data, and prepare relevant materials needed.

•        Perform data validation to ensure database is consistent with source data.

•        Maintain organized records of PROMs data collected, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Data Visualization and Reporting:

•        Assist in the preparation of comprehensive reports summarizing the analysed data.

•        Collaborate with the Programme Evaluation team to interpret findings and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

General Administrative Support:

•        Participate in meetings to provide updates on data collection progress and share insights to help improve clinical outcomes and patients’ satisfaction.

•        Assist with implementing patient engagement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

·      Minimally a student in a post-secondary institution [JC, Poly, ITE].

·      Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·      Analytical and attention to detail.

·      Proficient in MS office applications.

·      Motivated and self-driven, able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Internship Details:

·      Minimum Commitment: 6 Months

·      Location: Ng Teng Fong General Hospital

·      Working Arrangement: On-site (Mon-Fri 8:30 AM – 6 PM)
