Full Time Project Accounting - Fixed Assets Specialist | MNC Jobs, in TIMESCONSULT Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting activities relating to projects and fixed assets, including AUC, capitalisation, transfers, disposals and project costs.
• Support project cost transfers, AUC balance management and project impairment activities.
• Perform fixed asset verification, asset analysis and reconciliation of relevant General Ledger accounts.
• Identify and follow up on issues such as aged AUC balances, negative/non-depreciating assets and reconciliation items.
• Work closely with Finance, Business Partners, Supply, Tax, Master Data and other stakeholders to resolve accounting queries and ensure timely processing.
• Support internal/external audit queries and SOX compliance activities.
• Contribute to process improvement and issue resolution within the accounting/project environment.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Experience in Project Accounting and/or Fixed Assets.
• Audit / SOX exposure would be an advantage.
• Good communication skills and fluent English.
• Able to manage deadlines and work effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Open for contract based positions
