The Challenge

Are you ready to take your Power Apps and AI development skills to the next level by solving real HR challenges? Join PSD where you'll have the opportunity to transform complex HR processes into efficient digital and AI-enabled solutions that impact the public service.

We are seeking a motivated intern to join our HR Digital Solutions team to develop innovative workflow solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, with opportunities to explore how low code and AI can improve productivity, decision support and user experience in HR services.

Key outcomes of this internship are aligned with PSD's digital transformation journey and will contribute meaningfully to our modernisation efforts. As an intern, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of HR processes across the public service while gaining hands-on experience with low-code development tools and practical AI use cases such as intelligent automation, data extraction, workflow recommendations and service improvement.

Learning Areas

Application Development – You will gain Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade Power Platform development.

Process Automation – You will gain practical exposure to real-world HR process automation and workflow optimisation

AI Integration – You will gain experience implementing AI solutions and intelligent automation in business applications

Innovation & Problem Solving – You will gain experience designing and implementing creative solutions for complex HR challenges



What We Are Looking For

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are considering a career in Information Technology and/or digital HR applications and have a dare-to-try attitude to forge ahead to achieve outcomes. If you share our passion in shaping Singapore’s future with a first-class Public Service, we welcome you to join us as an intern.

Key Competencies Required

An ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform development (Power App, Automate and Dataverse) is required.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
  
  This is a full-time internship starting in Jan/Feb 2027 and lasting for 6 months until Jun 2027/Jul 2027.
